Handling accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, expenses, and utilities, treasury.
Analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, and debt activity.
Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
Analyzes the trial balance accounts.
Maintain accurate and complete financial records and participate in audits or reconciliations as needed.
Meets accounting and financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Work closely with the external auditor.
Participate in regular commercial and income tax audits in Egypt and UAE offices.
Participate in payroll audit and review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
6+ years of experience in accounting-related roles
Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and financial reporting
Excellent analytical skills
Proficiency in accounting software
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
